Autism Coaching
Supporting Autistic individuals and families to reflect, plan, and thrive
Every coaching session is shaped around what matters most to you. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or are seeking support with specific areas of life, coaching offers a collaborative and supportive space to reflect, plan, and grow.
Jenny offers specialist, neurodiversity-affirming coaching for Autistic adults, young people (secondary school age and above), and family members. Her approach is flexible, strengths-based, and grounded in psychological insight.
Coaching can be valuable for anyone navigating the workplace—whether you’re just starting out, a senior leader, or working in a high-responsibility role. It offers a confidential, non-judgmental space to explore executive functioning, communication, burnout prevention, and how to thrive at work while navigating neurodivergent needs.
Common areas of focus include:
- Pre- and post-diagnosis support – making sense of your identity, building self-understanding and self-acceptance, and exploring what comes next
- Emotional wellbeing and motivation – in education, work, or day-to-day life
- Support through transitions – such as moving between school, college, university, or professional roles
- Workplace coaching – managing wellbeing at work, navigating neurodivergent needs, or preparing for career progression or change—whether you’re just starting out or working in a senior, professional, or high-responsibility role.
- Exploring career paths and employment options that fit your interests, values, and strengths
- Job interview preparation and confidence-building
- Interpersonal relationships – including support with friendships, romantic relationships, family dynamics, and workplace communication
- Developing communication strategies and social confidence
- Managing anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional regulation
Support is also available for partners and family members who want to better understand and support their loved ones, while also looking after their own wellbeing.
Workplace Coaching for Neurodivergent Individuals
Whether you’re looking to boost productivity, manage stress, or better understand how your neurodivergence affects you at work, coaching offers a supportive and practical space to make meaningful changes.
I offer workplace-focused coaching for neurodivergent individuals, including those with co-occurring diagnoses or health conditions. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based—helping you build insight, develop strategies, and navigate challenges in ways that work for you.
Areas I regularly support clients with include:
- Understanding your neurodivergence and how it impacts daily life
- Exploring combined diagnoses and how they interact
- Organisation and executive functioning (task and time management)
- Memory strategies and external supports
- Stress and anxiety management
- Written and verbal communication at work
- Navigating interpersonal communication
- Identifying your strengths and advocating for inclusive support
- Managing energy and maintaining health and wellbeing
- Understanding and reducing masking behaviours
- Coping with sensory overwhelm
- Preventing and recovering from burnout
- Building self-regulation tools
- Managing social anxiety
This list is just a starting point. Sessions are tailored to your needs—whatever challenges you bring, we’ll explore them together.
Recommendations may include the use of assistive technology, adjustments to support returning to work, and strategies that reflect both professional and social wellbeing.
