AuDHD Coaching
AuDHD Coaching
Support for those with both Autism and ADHD traits or diagnoses
Living with both Autism and ADHD—commonly referred to as AuDHD—can come with unique strengths, needs, and tensions. You might find that your attention shifts rapidly, while also craving routine and predictability. You may feel deeply passionate and focused in some areas but struggle with overwhelm, inertia, or sensory overload in others.
Coaching for AuDHD acknowledges the complex interaction between these neurotypes. It offers a compassionate, trauma-informed space to better understand your experiences, identify what supports you, and develop practical strategies that honour your values, needs, and way of being.
Common areas of support include:
- Pre- and post-diagnosis reflection – making sense of your identity and the overlap between Autism and ADHD
- Balancing structure and flexibility – creating routines that support focus without feeling restrictive
- Managing emotional intensity and regulation – supporting overwhelm, anxiety, rejection sensitivity, or shutdowns
- Navigating executive functioning challenges – planning, initiating, prioritising, and completing tasks
- Sensory processing – exploring strategies for both seeking and avoiding sensory input
- Masking, burnout, and energy management – identifying the early signs and building recovery tools
- Relationships and communication – navigating connection, social expectations, and misunderstandings
- Workplace or study support – identifying accommodations, maintaining wellbeing, and thriving in your role
- Values-led decision making – building clarity around what matters most and how to move toward it
- Shifting from self-criticism to self-compassion
Sessions are shaped entirely around what’s important to you. This coaching is neurodivergent-affirming, non-pathologising, and rooted in real-world understanding.
Workplace Coaching for Neurodivergent Individuals
Whether you’re looking to boost productivity, manage stress, or better understand how your neurodivergence affects you at work, coaching offers a supportive and practical space to make meaningful changes.
I offer workplace-focused coaching for neurodivergent individuals, including those with co-occurring diagnoses or health conditions. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based—helping you build insight, develop strategies, and navigate challenges in ways that work for you.
Areas I regularly support clients with include:
- Understanding your neurodivergence and how it impacts daily life
- Exploring combined diagnoses and how they interact
- Organisation and executive functioning (task and time management)
- Memory strategies and external supports
- Stress and anxiety management
- Written and verbal communication at work
- Navigating interpersonal communication
- Identifying your strengths and advocating for inclusive support
- Managing energy and maintaining health and wellbeing
- Understanding and reducing masking behaviours
- Coping with sensory overwhelm
- Preventing and recovering from burnout
- Building self-regulation tools
- Managing social anxiety
This list is just a starting point. Sessions are tailored to your needs—whatever challenges you bring, we’ll explore them together.
Recommendations may include the use of assistive technology, adjustments to support returning to work, and strategies that reflect both professional and social wellbeing.
