ADHD Coaching

Understand your brain, play to your strengths, and take control—on your terms

Coaching can be a powerful support for people with ADHD, offering space to understand how your brain works, develop practical strategies, and feel more in control of everyday life.

Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed, have suspected ADHD, or have been managing it for some time, coaching helps you explore your strengths, manage challenges, and take meaningful action—on your own terms.

Coaching sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals, with common areas of focus including:

  • Pre- and post-diagnosis support – understanding what ADHD means for you and building self-acceptance
  • Focus and motivation – finding practical ways to stay on track with both short- and long-term goals in work, education, and personal life
  • Organisation and planning – developing routines, structure, and systems that actually work for you
  • Time management and task initiation – learning how to manage procrastination, prioritise, and start tasks more easily
  • Emotional regulation and wellbeing – understanding your emotional responses and building strategies to reduce overwhelm
  • Workplace support – managing demands, playing to your strengths, and making ADHD work for you, not against you
  • Relationships and communication – improving connection and understanding with family, friends, partners, or colleagues
  • Building confidence to learn and grow – increasing openness to new skills and approaches in areas that feel challenging

If you’re a partner or family member, coaching is also available to help you better understand ADHD and support your loved one—while looking after your own wellbeing too.

Workplace Coaching for Neurodivergent Individuals

Whether you’re looking to boost productivity, manage stress, or better understand how your neurodivergence affects you at work, coaching offers a supportive and practical space to make meaningful changes.

I offer workplace-focused coaching for neurodivergent individuals, including those with co-occurring diagnoses or health conditions. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based—helping you build insight, develop strategies, and navigate challenges in ways that work for you.

Areas I regularly support clients with include:

  • Understanding your neurodivergence and how it impacts daily life
  • Exploring combined diagnoses and how they interact
  • Organisation and executive functioning (task and time management)
  • Memory strategies and external supports
  • Stress and anxiety management
  • Written and verbal communication at work
  • Navigating interpersonal communication
  • Identifying your strengths and advocating for inclusive support
  • Managing energy and maintaining health and wellbeing
  • Understanding and reducing masking behaviours
  • Coping with sensory overwhelm
  • Preventing and recovering from burnout
  • Building self-regulation tools
  • Managing social anxiety

This list is just a starting point. Sessions are tailored to your needs—whatever challenges you bring, we’ll explore them together.

Recommendations may include the use of assistive technology, adjustments to support returning to work, and strategies that reflect both professional and social wellbeing.
