About Jenny
Working Together to Create Lasting Personal Change
I’m Jenny Meeres, a Coaching Psychologist and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Accredited Coach/Mentor at Senior level.
I have more than 10 years’ experience supporting people to navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, self-understanding and resilience. I support individuals navigating trauma, neurodivergence, and mental, physical, or sensory health conditions to gain clarity, develop effective strategies, and create sustainable change.
My approach is collaborative, flexible, and evidence-based. Each session is tailored to your needs and guided by your values, priorities, and what you’d like to move towards, using tools drawn from coaching psychology, behavioural science, and lived experience.
A Neurodiversity and Trauma-informed Practitioner
I am a Neurodiversity and Trauma-informed Practitioner and have completed specialist training in working with trauma, including how it can affect memory, behaviour, emotional regulation, and relationships. My approach is grounded in compassion, psychological safety, and an understanding of the nervous system. This means I work sensitively with clients who have experienced trauma—respecting individual pace, recognising signs of overwhelm, and using techniques that support emotional regulation and stability throughout the coaching process.
I have specialist expertise working with Autistic adults, adults with ADHD, and those with dual diagnoses or co-occurring health needs. My background includes:
- Leading a post-diagnostic support programme for an autism charity.
- Coaching in NHS diagnostic services and GP Practices.
- Approved as a mentor through the Department for Education for college and University Students.
- Associate role with Hendrickx Associates, providing specialist coaching and mentoring for neurodivergent adults.
- EMCC Accredited Coach/Mentor at Senior level.
I work with a wide range of clients—from senior leaders and individuals in the public eye, to families, professionals, and people navigating everyday challenges or significant life transitions.
Whatever brings you to coaching, I offer a psychologically informed, non-judgemental space to support you in building insight, reconnecting with your strengths, developing strategies, and moving forward with clarity and purpose.
Qualifications & Professional Development
I hold a BSc in Psychology (First Class Honours) from the University of Sussex, accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) holding graduate membership (GMBPsS), and an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience from University College London (UCL). My academic training brings together psychological theory, applied neuroscience, and clinical research.
My professional development is ongoing. I engage in regular supervision and continuing professional development (CPD) to maintain an ethical, informed, and reflective practice. This includes specialist training in areas such as neurodiversity-affirming coaching, trauma-informed approaches, ACT, DBT, and the integration of psychological theory into coaching practice.
I have delivered coaching within NHS and GP practice settings, and previously led a post-diagnostic support programme for an autism charity. I’m also an accredited mentor with the Department for Education.

Every mind is different — and so is my approach
I work collaboratively with each client to develop a coaching plan that feels personally meaningful, achievable, and psychologically safe.
My integrative approach is grounded in evidence-based methods and shaped by the client’s unique strengths, values, and challenges.
I draw on a range of psychological frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACT), cognitive and behavioural strategies, and neurodiversity-affirming tools to support areas such as mental health, executive functioning, and self-identity.
